Create a Personal Nutrition Plan

No two individuals are alike, nor are the dietary solutions that address specific health concerns. In private nutrition sessions, Jennette works with you to design a natural food plan that fits your health goals as well as your whole life: your schedule, your family, and your values. Jennette provides comprehensive education on natural foods and how to buy and cook them. She'll also work with you on strategies to integrate dietary changes into your life.

Jennette has been working with individuals (children and adults) for over ten years, helping them make diet adjustments that improve their health and quality of their lives. Her experience includes working with a variety of situations, creating optimal results:

Getting Started on your Nutrition Plan

At your first session with Jennette, you'll discuss your dietary goals, your health concerns and any special needs. She'll provide information, guidance and practical suggestions for dietary adjustments. You'll learn which foods provide improved health and balance for your situation (recipes are always included!).

Based on your current diet, health conditions, and cooking experience, Jennette will make a recommendation about how many sessions would be helpful for you. Most people find that they need from two to ten sessions.

Jennette will meet with you personally in her South Minneapolis neighborhood for one-hour sessions.
