Your initial call is complimentary and will take about 20 minutes. You'll discuss your dietary goals and any health concerns or special needs you or your family members have. Then, based on your current diet, health conditions, and cooking experience, Jennette will recommend a number of sessions. For most people, between four and twelve sessions are necessary to fully integrate changes that lead to healthful results.
